The Guanabara Bay is an ecossystem that has been suffering great environmental impact. Diary drainage of domestic sewage and industrial waste are thrown into the bay. The Environmental Education Program (PEA), from Guanabara Bay Despollution Program (PDBG), started in 1998, is identified as an increasing activity in a straight direction to a better life quality of population that live surrounding of Guanabara Bay. Program is coordinated by Feema, in association with Environmental State Comitee and Educational Comitee.
